About that Tucson shooting

As the Dutch MSM is joining the choir (NL) that blames the attempt to murder Democrat member of Congress Gabrielle Giffords on Sarah Palin and the Tea Party, over on Gateway Pundit there is ample evidence that the perpetrator was a disturbed and fundamentally left-wing individual.

Moreover, Jim Hoft offers some clues that the Democrat party set out to single out the Tea Party as soon as the news of the shooting came in:

One veteran Democratic operative, who blames overheated rhetoric for the shooting, said President Barack Obama should carefully but forcefully do what his predecessor did.

“They need to deftly pin this on the tea partiers,” said the Democrat. “Just like the Clinton White House deftly pinned the Oklahoma City bombing on the militia and anti-government people.”

Don’t let the NOS fool you!

The mainstream American media wants to blame this horrible event on a "lack of civility" in politics on the part of the Right, which is itself a means of exploiting the same horrible event for a purpose suited to their own leftist agenda… an act which any normal person should find very uncivil. They have no shame, and the fact that people are talking like this is an outrage. Why can't we just express simple condolences and sorrow for the victims and the families involved? Why can't we forget politics, have some good human decency, and share their grief? If something like this holds political value for someone, that person is sick and needs to stop what they are doing and find their soul, because they lost it somewhere along the way. Get a clue, NOS, NBC, CNN, etc.: Your viewers don't live in your cold elitist world. When people are victimized in such brutal fashion, we put differences aside and mourn beside them. Their loss is not your gain.Bastards

One commentary I read somewhere pointed out that most of his books are about an individual against authority. He's thoroughly anti-establishment. The ranting about money not being backed by gold fits right in with the rethoric used by Ron Paul. One thing to point out though is this: killing people is already illegal, whether or not guns are legal does not matter. A law to ban guns isn't going to stop anyone who was already going to break the law against murdering people.

Yes. Hypocrites, opportunistic liars, they all are. There is no level too deep for them to go in their quest for total control of the population. There is a hatred of the truth.
